Terms of sale

Last updated · 7 August 2026

1. Who you are buying from

All orders placed on igloocandy.com are contracts with UAB Prekursorius, Kelmijos Sodų 13-oji g. 4, LT-02214 Vilnius, Lithuania, company code 301501864 ("we", "us"). Our full details are on the Company details page.

2. The products

We sell freeze-dried ice cream in sealed pouches. Products are produced in Greece from ice cream supplied by a Greek dairy manufacturer. Each pouch contains 25 g net.

All products contain milk. Full ingredient and allergen information is printed on every pouch and shown on each product page. If you have a food allergy, please read it before ordering.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euro and include VAT at the rate applicable to your delivery country. Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.

4. Placing an order

Adding items to your basket is not an order. Your order is placed when you complete payment, and we will send you an order confirmation by email. The contract is formed when we confirm your order.

We may refuse or cancel an order if the product is unavailable, if there was an obvious pricing error, or if we cannot deliver to your address. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

5. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details.

6. Delivery

We deliver across the European Union. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are shown at checkout. Orders over €15.99 ship free within the EU.

We aim to dispatch within [2] working days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

7. If something is wrong

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or not as described, email us within a reasonable time with your order number and a photo. You have statutory rights to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund under EU consumer law, and nothing in these terms limits them.

8. Returns

See the Returns & withdrawal page.

9. Liability

We are liable for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms. We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Lithuanian law. As a consumer you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.

If we cannot resolve a complaint, you may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
